We present you the new main menu of Milano Cafe! Gastronomy does not tolerate monotony. Indeed, even among Italians in the north and south of the country, the recipes for the famous Bolognese pasta are different and improved. Therefore, we are constantly creating in the kitchen to surprise you with gastronomic delights.
A new section has appeared in the main menu of Milano Cafe, which we plan to supplement: homemade pasta! We offer you tagliatelle Puttanesca and tatliatelle with salmon and red caviar. And also complemented the choice of risotto with ossobuco and spaghetti with parmesan, pepper and poached egg.
For summer aperitifs, our chef Andrei Churilo has developed light snacks and significantly expanded the starters. Try shrimp carpaccio, baked eggplant bruschetta, marinated beef carpaccio, and tender chicken liver pâté.
Of course, your favorite syrniki with raspberry sauce and carbonara pasta are essential dishes of the already traditional Milano cafe menu. But we recommend ordering the updated positions of spaghetti bolognese, Sicilian soup and risotto with seafood :)
