Googers
They are a special type of pastry with custard dough with cheese, originally from France, or more precisely, from Burgundy. But believe me, such a modest definition will not convey the delicate crunch and flavor of cheese in a custard roll. Initially, guzhiras were served as a snack during wine tasting. Googlers are now so popular that they can be found at any banquet or just a family dinner. ⠀
